Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in California. This role focuses on outside sales, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while growing our Farmers Insurance agency's presence.

You will conduct consultations, negotiate coverage options, manage policy processing, and support marketing initiatives to attract clients. A strong bilingual ability and P&C license are required.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Must pass credit and background check.
• Cannot have conflicting outside appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales to identify new client relationships.
• Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients.
• Manage sales administration: documentation, policy processing, follow-ups.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract clients via telemarketing, social media, and outreach.
• Provide ongoing customer service: inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Collaborate with team to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes.
