Farmers Insurance District Office is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Agency Producer to join our in-person team. You will help clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry.

This full-time role involves selling Farmers Insurance products in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Compensation is based on experience level and licenses obtained, with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Active CA license required (Personal lines, Commercial or Life/Health).
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are required.
• Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
• Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
