Farmers Insurance - Richard Rappa District is seeking a motivated Sales Producer who will help clients protect assets by matching insurance products to their needs. You will build trust, service accounts, and grow the book of business in a supportive team environment.

Key duties include generating and managing leads, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate policies. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, licensing assistance, ongoing training, PTO, and strong opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities.
• Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by consistent follow-ups and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and company targets.
• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.
