You will work with experienced professionals, have opportunities for advancement, and earn commissions and bonuses based on performance. Licensing in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health is preferred or actively pursued.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required or in progress.
• Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients.

Aufgaben

• Develop insurance leads and schedule client appointments.
• Identify customer needs and market relevant insurance products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address recurring needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
• Assist clients with inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by the agency.
