As an Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work with both existing and prospective clients to understand needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. This role emphasizes a strong customer service mindset and a proven follow-through from conversation to close.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous insurance experience in sales, service, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional when speaking with clients.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotes and explain insurance options based on individual needs.
• Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Present coverage recommendations and close qualified opportunities.
• Review renewals and discuss potential coverage or pricing improvements.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, and documentation.
• Process premium payments accurately.
