Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Insurance Licenses for Property/Casualty and Life/Health.
• Coachable with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
