Lou Fusz Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to procure new business and manage existing accounts for our growing agency in St. Louis.

The role requires a P&C license, strong sales skills and ability to handle quoting, servicing and cross-selling across auto and home lines. We offer competitive benefit plans, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and an environment focused on employee growth.

Qualifications

• Must have P&C license
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Direct marketing experience
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and ambitious attitude

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business using vehicle lead verification; prepare quotes and close sales (min 10 new prospects; 20 quotes daily).
• Follow up on all unsold quotes and X-dates.
• Manage new business paperwork including inspections and cancellations.
• Collect trailing documents for property/casualty and endorsements.
• Participate in required agency and CE training.
• Handle inbound customer service calls and cross-sell lines.
• Set Financial Services Appointments (life leads 2/week).
• Other duties as required.
