Job summary

Kemper is seeking licensed insurance agents to join our field sales teams. You’ll work in the Austin area, visiting customers, selling Kemper Life products, and building an ongoing book of business with a pay-for-performance compensation model.

As a licensed agent, you can earn commissions, bonuses, and recognition for high performance. This full-time role emphasizes customer service, personal visits, and disciplined premium collection.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine.
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork.
