Job summary

Phil-Am Insurance Agency LLC in Houston is seeking a LOA Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a hybrid role blending field and contact center activities. You will educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, Life and other products, conduct sales appointments, and guide enrollments while staying compliant.

The position offers training, ongoing support, and a performance-based compensation structure with leads provided to reduce cold-calling and accelerate success.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License (preferred).
• Appointment Release from current uplines (required if currently licensed).
• Medicare Sales experience (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (field & call center).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping clients navigate their healthcare options.
• Must be a self-driven individual.

Responsibilities
