Job description

Brandon Sisco Insurance Agency
Are You a Producer Who Keeps Score?

We're looking for experienced insurance producers who are motivated by production, achievement, competition, and income growth.

At Brandon Sisco Insurance Agency, our expectation is clear:

$50,000+ in new premium every month.

Our goal is to help strong producers reach $50,000–$100,000+ in monthly new premium and build a career where increased performance creates increased earning potential.

This opportunity is designed for producers who already have the drive to perform—not people who need an agency to create their motivation.

You bring the drive. We provide more opportunities to turn it into production.

We offer both in-office and remote producer positions for qualified candidates.

Whether you're working from our office or remotely, the expectations are the same: produce, close, follow up, know your numbers, and continuously improve.

Remote producers must be comfortable working independently, maintaining strong daily sales activity, managing their pipeline, participating in coaching and call reviews, and holding themselves accountable without needing constant supervision.

Remote doesn't mean lower expectations. It means greater independence with the same performance standards.

Performance Comes First

We aren't looking for order takers or producers who are satisfied simply generating quotes.

We're looking for people who:

Take personal ownership of their production

Know their sales numbers

Ask for the sale

Push through objections

Follow up relentlessly

Hold themselves accountable

Want their income to reflect their performance

If you like knowing exactly where you stand against your goals—and aren't satisfied when you're behind them—you may fit what we're building.

Significant Income Opportunity

We believe high-performing salespeople should have the opportunity to be rewarded for high performance.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward production.

The more you produce, the more you have the opportunity to earn.

We're looking for producers who aren't simply searching for their next insurance job.

We're interested in people who want to increase their production, increase their income, and build a high-performing sales career.

We're building a team where production matters.

You’ll work alongside producers who:

Know their numbers

Share winning strategies

Challenge each other

Celebrate wins

Hold themselves accountable

Accept coaching

Look for ways to improve their closing ratios

We track performance because what gets measured gets improved.

If accountability makes you uncomfortable, this probably isn't the right environment.

If knowing your numbers makes you more competitive, keep reading.

Weekly Sales Coaching Focused on Winning More Business

Every week, we work on the activities that directly affect production:

Call reviews

Asking for the sale

Cross-selling

Follow-up

Sales strategy

Production metrics

This isn't generic product training.

Our coaching is designed to identify where business is being lost and help producers convert more opportunities into customers.

Now We'll Give You More Opportunities to Sell

Once you bring the motivation, discipline, and closing mentality, our job is to put opportunities in front of you.

We invest heavily in lead generation and sales technology so strong producers can spend more time selling and closing.

You’ll have access to:

Automated CRM campaigns

Referral opportunities

Marketing systems designed to create additional sales opportunities

We don't provide leads to replace producer motivation.

We provide leads to amplify it.

We want producers who see another lead as another opportunity to win—not someone waiting for the next lead before becoming productive.

What You’ll Do

Handle live transfer opportunities

Follow up aggressively on company-provided leads

Work CRM opportunities from existing clients and past prospects

Build relationships quickly with prospective customers

Identify needs and confidently recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Handle objections

Ask for the business

Cross-sell additional products when appropriate

Generate referrals

Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity

Track your production

Consistently work toward $50,000+ in monthly new premium

Participate in sales coaching and call reviews

Represent Brandon Sisco Insurance Agency professionally and ethically

Who We’re Looking For

We’re primarily interested in producers who can demonstrate a history of sales performance—not simply tell us they have the potential to become a top producer.

You should have:

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License

At least one year of P&C insurance sales experience

Demonstrated history of personally closing new business

Strong objection-handling ability

Confidence asking for the sale

Competitive mindset

Strong personal accountability

Consistent follow‑up habits

Desire to increase both production and income

Willingness to be coached and measured

Ability to work independently and remain productive—especially in a remote environment

Be prepared to discuss your actual production numbers during the interview.

We’ll want to understand your:

Average monthly new‑business premium

Best production months

Closing ratio

Follow‑up process

Personal production goals

We aren’t expecting perfection.

We are looking for evidence of performance, personal drive, and the desire to become significantly better.

This Position Is NOT For You If...

You’re comfortable with average production.

You’re uncomfortable asking directly for the sale.

You need constant supervision to stay productive.

You blame poor results entirely on leads, rates, carriers, or the market.

You don’t like having your numbers measured.

You’re primarily looking for a comfortable insurance position.

You view working remotely as an opportunity to operate with less accountability.

You aren’t motivated to continually increase your performance.

This Position IS For You If...

You love competing.

You keep score.

You know your numbers.

You take pride in your production.

Missing your goal bothers you.

You enjoy turning objections into sales.

You want more opportunities to close.

You believe coaching can make a strong producer even better.

You can perform independently without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

You want your income to grow as your production grows.

You want to see how far you can take your sales career.

Think You Can Perform at This Level?

If you’re an experienced licensed insurance producer with a history of closing business and you’re looking for an in‑office or remote opportunity built around production, accountability, coaching, lead flow, and income growth, we want to talk.

Our target: $50,000–$100,000+ in monthly new premium.

If those numbers excite you rather than intimidate you, we’d like to hear about the numbers you’ve already produced.
