The Oscar Arrieta Agency, an Allstate agency in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our award-winning team. If you have a passion for sales and customer service and hold an active Texas Property & Casualty license, this role offers growth and hands-on training.

You will sell auto, home, renters and financial services; build relationships with clients; educate on coverage options; and generate new business through leads, referrals and personal outreach.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proven track record in sales with goal-oriented performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency sales objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of underwriting, compliance, and rating guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships to ensure retention and policy renewals.
• Consistently prospect and generate new leads through warm calls, networking, and referrals.
• Present and explain insurance policies based on client goals and needs.
