Job summary

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and are willing to learn in a fast-paced insurance environment. A Property & Casualty license (or eligibility) is required or pursued.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and agency targets
• Follow up on leads and complete insurance quotes in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry changes to effectively present policies to clients
• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims support
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, coachable, and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of in-office or hybrid work arrangements.
