Job summary

Brady Voigt Farmers Insurance Agency in Minnesota is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to grow our book of business. This role offers in-office or hybrid work arrangements and a path to develop client relationships through tailored coverage options.

You will prospect for new clients, educate them on available coverages, and deliver exceptional service to meet sales goals. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• You must be able to obtain or hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to succeed.
• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Educate clients on insurance coverages and tailor policies to needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships for retention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and agency targets.
• Follow up on leads and prepare quotes promptly.
• Stay informed on products and industry changes to present policies effectively.
• Assist clients with policy updates and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, coachable, and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of in-office or hybrid work arrangements. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and educating customers on their insurance needs and options.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health
• Sales experience is preferred but not required we will train the right candidate
