Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health
• Sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies
• Educate prospective and existing clients on insurance coverages and tailor policies to meet their individual needs
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships to build trust and retention
• Meet and exceed sales goals and agency targets
• Follow up on leads and complete insurance quotes in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry changes to effectively present policies to clients
• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims support
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
