Job summary

Brady Voigt Farmers Insurance Agency in Litchfield, MN is seeking a self-motivated Insurance Sales Producer to grow our client base and deliver tailored coverage solutions. You will develop new business, educate clients on options, and build lasting relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates are driven, coachable, with strong communication, organization, and CRM skills. A Property & Casualty license (and Life & Health) is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Educate prospective and existing clients on insurance coverages and tailor policies to meet their individual needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships to build trust and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and agency targets.
• Follow up on leads and complete insurance quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry changes to effectively present policies to clients.
• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims support.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
