J. Navarro Insurance Agency (Farmers Insurance) seeks a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer for a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week). Base pay is $20–$25/hour with tiered commissions and renewal opportunities.

You will work with fresh California homeowner leads and cross-sell bundles within our existing book of business. Responsibilities include quoting, presenting value, and closing business while following structured sales processes and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & casualty license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal lines sales experience preferred.
• Ability to close homeowners and bundled accounts.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell California homeowners' insurance.
• Cross-sell and bundle auto, umbrella, and other personal lines coverage.
• Work assigned inbound leads and pipeline opportunities.
• Requote cancelled and lost business accounts.
• Conduct proactive cross-sell reviews within the existing client base.
• Follow structured sales processes and maintain CRM documentation.
• Consistently meet monthly production targets.

This position offers a competitive base pay of$20- $25/hour, depending on relevant insurance and Farmers Insurance experience, atiered new business commission, and long-term renewal commission eligibility for consistent performers.

Leads Provided:You will receive fresh California homeowner leads daily, along with access to canceled policy and requote opportunities, as well as cross-sell opportunities within our existing book of business.

We provide backend service support so you can focus on what you do best — quoting, presenting value, and closing business.
