Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer for a full-time on-site role in Bridgeview, IL. You will generate new business through prospecting, respond to inquiries, and grow existing client accounts while delivering excellent service.

You will conduct needs-based reviews, prepare quotes, present options, and handle policy changes with attention to compliance and underwriting guidelines. Local marketing and outreach are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance product knowledge, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone and in-person interaction.
• Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe) for relevant lines of authority.
• Comfort with basic computer systems, CRM or agency management software, and accurate data entry.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability or strong interest in meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing sales environment is preferred but not required.
