Job summary

Kemper Corporation in Tifton, Georgia is looking for a licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a full-time field role with a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions. You will visit homes to collect premiums and sell policies, serving new and existing customers.

You’ll manage an established book of business, earn monthly premium collections and performance-based rewards, and have opportunities for awards and company-sponsored trips through a pay-for-performance model.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
