Job summary

Kemper Corporation in Dallas, Texas is seeking licensed insurance sales agents to join our field sales teams. This full-time role features a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions, with an established book of business and immediate income from monthly premium collections.

You will conduct home visits, present products, build relationships, and grow your territory through new sales while maintaining excellent service; a strong pay-for-performance culture with awards and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits, conducting sales presentations, closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule that you determine.
• Responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork.
• Grow the assigned territory through new sales.
• Build strong working relationships with customers.
• Devote the time necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
• Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness.
