Requirements

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous experience working in a customer service or office-based role.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Clear, polite, and effective communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• High attention to detail when documenting policy changes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily client inquiries.
