Humbard Agency, LLC is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and grow an existing book of business. You will service client accounts, address policy needs, and identify cross-sell opportunities while strengthening relationships and revenue growth.

The role offers hourly base pay with commission/bonus potential, a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, and paid time off and holidays.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representativeto support and grow our existing book of business. This role focuses on servicing client accounts, handling policy needs, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and expand coverage. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, and supporting both service and sales efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and contributing to both retention and revenue growth.

• Hourly base pay of $20 - $22.50 based on experienceplus commission and bonus opportunities
