Job summary

The Juris Agency in Virginia Beach is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist clients with questions, process policy changes, and take premium payments. You will build strong relationships and ensure customers have the coverage they need with friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Possess a Personal lines P&C license.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
