Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License required (within first 30 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Promote business development through effective communication and teamwork.
