Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience
• Experience quoting personal lines insurance policies with multiple carriers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency (preferred)
• Experience quoting with multiple carriers (preferred)
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Quotepersonal lines insurance policies, including homeowners, auto, flood, and umbrella coverage
• Serviceexisting accounts and respond to client inquiries
• Processendorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
• Reviewcoverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Followup on quote opportunities and agency leads
• Cross-selland round out accounts when appropriate
• Maintainaccurate client records and documentation
• Workwith multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options
• Deliveroutstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships
