• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency (preferred)
• Experience quoting with multiple carriers (preferred)
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products (preferred)

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused anddetail-oriented4-40 Licensed Insurance Agent/CSRto join our team. Theideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferablyin an independent insurance agency environment, and be comfortable quotingpersonal lines insurance with multiple carriers.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional serviceto existing clients, generating quotes, processing policy changes, andsupporting agency growth through relationship-building and cross-sellingopportunities.

Compensation

$40,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience

$2,000 - $10,0000+ Annual Retention CommissionOpportunity

$4,000 - $10,000+ Annual New Business CommissionOpportunity
