Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license for New Mexico.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or insurance office.
• Solid understanding of basic computer systems and digital office tools.
• Clear and kind communication when speaking with people over the phone or in person.
• Strong organizational habits to manage documentation and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, cancellations, and coverage questions.
• Process endorsements, vehicle changes, driver updates, mortgage changes, and other policy requests accurately and promptly.
• Assist customers with claims questions and direct them through the appropriate claims process.
• Follow up on pending service requests to ensure they are completed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed documentation in agency systems.
• Provide timely communication and follow-through so customers feel taken care of.
