Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly manner.
• Process policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Follow up to assure satisfaction and address queries.
• Foster relationships to maintain client retention.
• Explain insurance options based on client needs.
• Provide information about new products and services.
