Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative for Main Line Risk Management to serve a book of personal lines clients. You will handle day-to-day service needs, policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries with clear, friendly guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a Pennsylvania P&C license and at least 1 year of insurance experience. Knowledge of personal lines, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Applied Epic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
• 1+ years of insurance experience with an independent agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier.
• Solid working knowledge of personal lines insurance, particularly auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage.
• Applied Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client requests by phone, email, and text, including policy changes, ID cards, billing questions, coverage questions, mortgagee changes, and other service needs
• Process endorsements for personal auto, home, umbrella, valuables, and related policies
• Review renewals and proactively identify coverage concerns, missing discounts, and opportunities to better protect clients
• Help clients understand premium increases, deductibles, coverage options, and carrier requirements in plain language
• Remarket accounts when appropriate using carrier portals and comparative rating systems
• Prepare and present renewal options and help clients make informed coverage decisions
• Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, and auto ID cards
• Maintain accurate notes, activities, and documentation in Applied Epic
• Work directly with carrier underwriters and representatives to resolve eligibility questions, underwriting requirements, and account issues
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage and refer appropriate sales opportunities to the agency's producers
• Provide occasional support with new-business quoting and select small commercial accounts
