Job summary

The Juris Agency in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional client support, manage policy maintenance, and build lasting customer relationships. We welcome licensed candidates and are happy to sponsor unlicensed individuals to obtain NJ licenses and advance to licensed agent roles.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person; reviewing policies; identifying coverage gaps; and presenting tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, retail sales, business, finance, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain NJ state licenses upon hire (sponsorship and training provided).
• Licensed NJ P&C or Life & Health producers preferred; unlicensed candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for policy updates, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Explain insurance concepts, identify coverage gaps, and present tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell personal, commercial, and financial products to achieve team goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with marketing and administrative tasks.
