Qualifications

• Active Insurance License required.
• Prior insurance experience preferred, Farmers systems a big plus.
• Familiar with Guidewire, billing and quoting tools.
• Experience with personal and commercial lines carriers.
• Strong knowledge of Acord forms, COIs, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims support.
• Assist with applications, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for personal and commercial lines.
• Cross-sell additional coverages to better support clients.
• Handle COI requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update agency systems to ensure client data is current.
• Support the agent with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
