Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience in personal lines policy servicing.
• Experience with policy changes, renewals, billing and client requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle high volume inbound/outbound client communication.
• Experience with CRM or agency management systems.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing needs for existing client accounts.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage updates, billing concerns, and account changes.
• Process endorsements and other policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Review renewals and proactively communicate with clients when action is needed.
• Handle inbound client calls and complete outbound follow-up.
• Respond to cancellation requests and assist with appropriate retention efforts.
• Process premium payments and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Maintain detailed notes and client information within agency systems.
• Identify coverage gaps or additional insurance needs and communicate opportunities to the appropriate team member.
• Follow through on outstanding service items to ensure client needs are fully resolved.
• Help maintain strong client relationships and overall agency retention.
