Job summary

Matic is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for Retention in Columbus, OH. You will focus on existing customers, renewals, and selling additional policies while advocating for clients. This in-office role reports to the Manager of Retention and requires an active Personal Lines license.

Responsibilities include renewal reviews, building rapport via phone and email, and achieving sales and retention targets. Competitive base pay with comprehensive benefits and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines license in resident state (P&C license preferred).
• Self-starter with sales drive and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Renewal reviews and advise on coverages; re-shop when requested.
• Build rapport with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Set and complete tasks with organized notes; follow consistent processes.
• Execute sales process with clear notes and follow-ups.
• Sell additional products to existing customers with a sales focus.
• Articulate Matic value proposition to clients.
• Meet sales targets for calls, cross-sales and retention.
