Job summary

American Heritage Insurance Group is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager in Ohio to service clients, manage a book of business, and build trust to recommend the best coverage options with strong rapport. You will work closely with clients and carriers, receive claims guidance, and maintain high client retention.

Requirements include an active Property & Casualty license, 2–3 years independent agency experience, CIC or CISR preferred, experience with Hawksoft, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• 2-3 years independent agency experience.
• CIC or CISR certification preferred.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems: Hawksoft Carrier Rating System preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain high retention and loyalty.
• Serve a book of business including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• Cultivate new business with existing and new accounts.
• Act as the connection between the company, clients/prospects and represented carriers.
• Receive claim information and provide guidance on filing claims.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a responsive, professional manner.
