Yardi is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to support residents with policy questions and new purchases. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, present coverage options, and guide clients through decisions with clarity.

You will also collaborate with property managers, manage billing updates, and ensure compliance in all interactions. The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has 1+ years in insurance, and demonstrates strong communication, sales, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• 1+ years experience in insurance industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to renters and property management clients using ResidentShield platform.
• Answer questions about coverage options, policy changes, and new purchases via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective policyholders.
