The position features a hybrid work model with two days in the office after training. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to provide fast, accurate quotes and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required/preferred.
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance policies to potential customers via telephone and email with multiple carriers.
• Use the company sales system to manage leads, tasks, and quotes within expected time frames.
• Evaluate risk to quote and recommend coverage based on underwriting guidelines and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with lead sources (internal or external).
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company targets.
