Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to support residents with policy questions and new purchases. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, present coverage options, and guide clients through decisions with clarity.

You will also collaborate with property managers, manage billing updates, and ensure compliance in all interactions. The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has 1+ years in insurance, and demonstrates strong communication, sales, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

Are you a licensed insurance pro who loves helping people and closing deals? We're looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team and support residents with everything from policy questions to new purchases. In this role, you'll handle high-volume inbound calls, present coverage options, and guide clients through important decisions with clarity and care. Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Property and Casualty Insurance license
• One plus (1+) years or experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
