L.A. Insurance in Metro Detroit is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team.

This role targets licensed Property & Casualty professionals who enjoy building relationships, quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance while delivering excellent customer service. You will participate in a structured two‑month training program, with a $5,000 per month stipend, and have the opportunity to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
