Job summary

The Julie Partridge Agency in Washington State is seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This remote hybrid position requires residency within travel distance to Tacoma for training, with a progression to fully remote work based on performance.

You will engage with personal and business clients, draft quotes, maintain records, and review coverage with empathy. A WA State Property & Casualty license is mandatory; Life & Health license is a plus, and a background check is

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Life & Health insurance license a plus.
• Must be able to clear background check, be bondable and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with personal and business clients to assess their specific insurance needs.
• Draft and present customized policy quotes.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and adjust plans.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve billing questions or policy concerns with empathy and clarity.
