Job summary

The Juris Agency in Texas seeks a Part-Time Licensed Insurance Producer for in-office work. You will evaluate client needs, quote coverage, and close sales for personal and commercial lines, while delivering superior service.

The role emphasizes in-person interaction, compliance with state regulations, and teamwork in a friendly office. Licensure in Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a plus; 1–2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Life & Health license is a plus).
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience in an insurance agency setting preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively source, quote, and close sales for personal and/or commercial lines of insurance.
• Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews with clients to identify gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Account Management: Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and general coverage inquiries.
• In-Office Support: Maintain an active daily presence in the agency office, greeting walk-in clients and handling inbound phone inquiries.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales, policy applications, and documentation adhere to state regulatory guidelines and agency protocols.
