Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Finance concepts related to premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits to support informed customer recommendations.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one as required by California state regulations).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfort with in-person interactions in an office setting.
