About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and licensed Insurance Advisor to join our remote sales team. As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most—providing expert guidance on coverage options and delivering personalized insurance solutions across life, health, and supplemental lines.

What You’ll Do :

• Educate prospective clients on insurance products and benefits via phone, Zoom, and email
• Provide personalized policy recommendations based on each client’s needs
• Manage leads, follow up with warm prospects, and close sales from a CRM
• Assist clients with onboarding, applications, and policy servicing
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, carrier guidelines, and underwriting criteria
• Maintain your state insurance license and complete continuing education as needed
• Collaborate with team members and attend weekly virtual sales huddles

What We’re Looking For :

• Active Life and / or Health Insurance License (Required)
• Proven track record in sales or advisory roles (insurance industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Self-starter with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and digital tools
