Role Description

We are seeking an onsite licensed health insurance specialist who will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers in selecting the insurance policies that best meet their needs. Please note that a valid health license is required for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in choosing appropriate insurance policies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.

  • Promote insurance products and meet sales targets.

Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability in completing assignments and attendance
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Two 21" monitors
  • Broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
  • No wireless connections allowed for work access
  • Own headset (specific models to be recommended)
Conditions of Employment
  • Authorization to work in the job's country
  • Willingness to submit to background/security investigation and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
