Dick Hannah Insurance Agency seeks a Licensed Agency Consultant to help deliver top-tier insurance products and services in a professional dealership setting.

Base pay is $24-$28/hour with 3-10% commission on written premiums and additional bonus opportunities, aiming at about $55,000 average annual total compensation. Mon-Fri schedule and solid growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
• Allstate experience strongly desired.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Handle customer renewals.
