Job summary

The G. Gonzalez Agency Farmers Insurance in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager. You will work remotely with a data-driven, customer-focused approach to ensure clients have the right coverage and understand available options.

You will be responsible for quoting, presenting, and closing sales while managing leads and documentation. We value a licensed professional with at least one year of insurance sales experience and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 1 year Insurance sales experience.
• Track record of success; be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio).
• An assessment is required to arrange an interview.

Responsibilities

• Call and connect with given leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
