Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves uncovering customer needs, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and influencing purchase decisions within the Allstate family of brands. Performance is measured by sales, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with prospective customers via calls, chat, SMS, etc., to generate sales.
2. Using insurance expertise to assess needs, identify gaps, and recommend suitable products.
3. Obtaining or holding an active Property & Casualty license, with support from Allstate for licensing.
4. Meeting sales targets and adhering to industry regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $17.50/hour
• Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (including incentives)
• Paid training and licensing support

• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon licensing completion before hire or within 90 days of employment

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and self-motivation skills.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
