What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS to connect with prospective customers.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence is highly preferred, or the ability to earn one with the employer's support.
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace in your home.
