Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence purchase decisions within Allstate's product portfolio, including other Allstate-owned brands. Performance will be evaluated based on sales, time management, quality, and adherence to regulations.

  1. Work from home to connect with prospective customers via calls, chat, SMS, etc.
  2. Use your insurance expertise to uncover needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
  3. Obtain or hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, with Allstate's support for licensing.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $17.50/hr
  • Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (Base + uncapped incentives)
  • Shift differentials and bilingual pay may apply

  • Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 upon licensing completion and employment
Job Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; support available if not licensed
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Availability for weekends and nights
  • High stress tolerance, critical thinking, coaching receptiveness, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, navigate multiple programs, and have reliable internet and dedicated home workspace
  • HS Diploma or GED required
