Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence purchase decisions within Allstate's product portfolio and affiliated brands. Performance will be evaluated based on sales, time management, quality of business, and adherence to regulations.

  1. Work from home, connecting with prospective customers via calls, chat, SMS, etc.
  2. Use your insurance expertise to uncover needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  3. Obtain or hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, with Allstate providing licensing support and reimbursement.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $17.50/hour
  • Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (including uncapped incentives)
  • Shift differentials and bilingual pay may apply
  • Paid training from day one

  • Sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon licensing completion before hire or within 90 days if hired without a license
Job Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; support available to obtain one
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Availability for weekend and night hours
  • High stress tolerance, critical thinking, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Proficiency with multiple computer programs and reliable internet with Ethernet connection
  • Dedicated home workspace; equipment provided
  • HS Diploma or GED required
