Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by engaging prospective customers through various communication channels. Your role involves uncovering customer needs, identifying coverage gaps, recommending suitable solutions from our broad product portfolio, and influencing purchase decisions while adhering to industry and company regulations. Performance is evaluated based on sales results, quality of business, time management, and compliance.

You will work from home, connecting with potential clients via calls, live chat, SMS, etc., using your insurance expertise to convert inquiries into sales. A Property & Casualty license is required, which can be obtained with our support and reimbursement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $17.50/hour
• Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (including uncapped performance incentives)
• Paid training from day one

Job Requirements

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred; support available if not licensed
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Availability for weekend and night hours
• High stress tolerance, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace; equipment provided
• HS Diploma or GED required
