Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled HVAC/industrial electrical technician to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across the plant. The role requires 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience and a Freon license, with strong electro/mechanical skills to diagnose electrical issues.

The candidate will identify repair needs, assist with material planning, and ensure safe, timely completion of tasks following OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Freon license required.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in industrial electrical work is preferred.
• Proven electro/mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and controls to diagnose electrical failures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant wide.
• Identify repairs and/or replacement needs.
• Assist others by providing information on proper equipment use.
• Ensure materials are available to complete a job in a timely manner.
• Safely use hand tools and test equipment and follow OSHA regulations.
